Hypno-Reiki

Hypno-Reiki is a combination of both Hypnotherapy and Reiki. It's great if you have had neither and helps your body and mind to relax just that bit easier before your Hypnosis session. Of course this will also benefit anyone. I start with at least a 45min Reiki session follwed by your hypnosis. Align and heal your mind and body with a Hypno -Reiki session.
